If you need to cancel we ask for 48h notice within your scheduled date. (applies to appointments booked a minimum 7days before the session)

Cancellations within 48h: deposit balance will serve as credit when rescheduling. Outside the 48h, no reimbursement or credit is offered for cancellations.

No-shows: In-studio: Deposit cannot be applied as credit toward rescheduling.
